 | What is my pet's size?
All of our collars, harnesses and pet apparel are sized in inches. Unfortunately it is very difficult for us to determine your pet's size based on its breed or weight, as all pets come in many different shapes and sizes.
Please understand that Dieseldogggie offers merchandise manufactured by many different designers and sizes will vary from designer to designer. We suggest you measure your pet carefully and purchase items based on your pet's measurements rather than their size. Please refer to the measurement in inches listed on each item to ensure you choose the correct size for your pet.

We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders often ship within 1 business day and our average delivery time is 5 - 7 days depending on the shipping destination for in-stock items.

We usually ship orders via USPS. Larger items and some international orders may be shipped via FedEx.

Shipping charges are calculated when you put the item in your basket. You can see what it is by typing in your postal code. This does not obligate you to buy the item.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover , and American Express. We also accept Paypal payments provided you have a Paypal confirmed mailing address. At the time of this writing, Paypal only confirms USA, Canada and UK addresses.

No, not at this time however you can send an e-check throgh Paypal provided you have a Paypal verified mailing address.

| | Do you ship to another country or overseas?
We will happily deliver to any allowed international destination. USA does have bans on mailing to some international countries. Therefore, we have no control over sending to those that are on the ban list.
Customers are responsible for any customs charges, which are assessed by each individual country at the time of delivery. Our apologies, but we cannot estimate your country's customs charges. When ordering from outside of the US, please be sure all address information on your order is complete and correct.
